Traditional lemon curd consists of egg yolks, butter, lemon juice, and sugar.<\/p>\n
Converting this to an allergy-friendly and healthier curd is easy and we think even better than the traditional, and with just 5 ingredients. Honestly, we could just eat spoonfuls of it straight from the jar.<\/p>\n
