That’s a great question!

For the rice milk, equal parts of cow’s milk can be substituted.

If egg allergy is not an issue, whisk 2 whole large eggs in place of the flaxseed meal and water.

All-purpose wheat flour can replace the gluten-free flour blend one for one. In this case you would eliminate the xanthan gum.

The recipe also looks very tasty. I definitely want to try it, but I was wondering about the ingredients. Are the ingredients you list generally a 1:1 replacement for an allergen-containing ingredient? I can have dairy, so I don’t keep any non-cow varieties of milk around.
